I’ve always been curious about how technology works—not just how to use it, but how it’s built, why it works the way it does, and how it can make people’s lives easier. That curiosity has grown into hands-on experience supporting local clients, developing websites, managing Apple devices, and now studying Computer Science at North Carolina State University.
Today, I’m interested in software engineering, thoughtful design, and building technology that’s intuitive, reliable, and genuinely useful.
My Story
Technology has given me the opportunity to solve problems, connect with people, and continue learning every day.
Over the years, I’ve built websites for local clients, provided technology consulting through my own business, and helped more than thirty individuals with everything from networking and printer troubleshooting to software support and Apple devices. Those experiences taught me that successful technology isn’t just about writing code or fixing computers—it’s about understanding people’s needs and creating solutions that work for them.
While working in educational technology, I gained experience supporting Apple School Manager, Mosyle MDM, classroom technology, and large-scale device deployments. Seeing how technology can positively impact education reinforced my interest in pursuing software engineering as a career.
As I prepare for the next chapter at North Carolina State University, I’m excited to continue developing my technical skills while creating software that combines thoughtful engineering with intuitive user experiences.

Software Engineering
I’m interested in designing reliable software that solves real-world problems. I enjoy learning new technologies, improving my programming skills, and thinking carefully about how people interact with the software they use every day. I enjoy solving problems and building software that people love.
Apple Technologies
I’ve spent years working with the Apple ecosystem, from supporting macOS and iOS to managing devices through Apple School Manager and Mosyle MDM. I’m also an Apple Certified Support Professional (Version 26), and I enjoy helping others get the most out of their technology.
Web Development
I enjoy building modern, accessible websites that balance clean design with practical functionality. Whether creating custom WordPress solutions or configuring hosting, DNS, and Cloudflare, I like understanding every part of the process—from the first line of code to deploying a finished website.
A Global Perspective
Some of my most valuable learning experiences have happened outside of a traditional classroom.
Through educational exchange programmes in Denmark, France, Italy, Norway, and Costa Rica, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with students and educators from different cultures while exploring new approaches to learning, communication, and problem-solving.
These experiences strengthened my ability to adapt, work with diverse teams, and appreciate different perspectives—skills that are just as valuable in software engineering as they are in everyday life. They’ve also reinforced my interest in designing technology that works for people with different backgrounds, experiences, and needs.
Outside of Technology
While technology is a major part of my life, I also enjoy exploring interests that encourage creativity and new perspectives.
I enjoy cooking, where experimenting with new recipes reminds me that iteration and problem-solving aren’t limited to software. I enjoy photography, capturing places and moments that tell a story, and I love travelling, especially when it gives me the opportunity to experience different cultures and ways of thinking.
Most importantly, I enjoy helping people. Whether that’s troubleshooting a computer, building a website, or simply explaining a technical concept, I find it rewarding to make technology more approachable and useful for others.
